Listen to your "spiritual soul mate"

We all have so much love imprisoned inside us struggling to burst through and pour itself into someone’s heart. More than loving someone we fall in the idea of love. We have this one imaginary person in our mind that we have loved since the beginning; may be even before knowing what love really is! This is the closest person to our heart; we have loved him/her more than anybody else in this world. Sometimes even more than our family, friends or the closest people in our lives. This beloved and most precious one doesn’t emerge with any prior intimation. It becomes difficult to even recognize their presence; because they practically don’t reveal themselves in any kind of human body form. This is an individual born in our mind, stays with us for a while; then for some days, months and years; eventually grows up with us; within us. Let’s name them our “spiritual soul mate”; a male inside you if you are a female and a female inside you if you are a male.

This spiritual soul mate knows it all; what you feel, what you need, when you need, where you want to move next, what can hurt you, what can cheer you up, what annoys you, and why you want things in a certain way. He or she is always there to alert you when you are about to make a wrong choice and even to approve your wise decision.  It always tells you what is rational and what would work better for you, what your heart really wants and what should be avoided.

The moment we encounter a real human being this spiritual soul mate naturally gets super activated; ready to transform itself into this human form and become completely a part of you. That’s like a long awaited dream of our spiritual soul mate. He is celebrating in his own way the joy of finally finding an appearance to manifest its passion for you; he gets excited to experience the most charismatic feeling that he had nurtured within its soul for years.  The euphoric trance seems so alluring that neither you nor the spiritual soul mate wants to end that. 

Once the transformation takes place, you feel totally different. The spiritual soul mate has got an appearance, but not necessary that all the attributes have been transferred in this newly found identity. It gives you an immense pleasure to realize that so many qualities are exactly the same way it had been before and in fact seems more real as you can everything what you once had just fantasized; and never really expected it to become true. Our heart loudly calls out, “this is the one”. No more experimenting or hunting, it’s just going to be me and this person. This prospect has already got introduced to the spiritual soul mate and that’s the reason we could recognize him.

But what happens when your spiritual soul mate has a hard time fighting with this prospect to transform it; he struggles to convey this prospect everything about you. What you actually are, how you want things to be, where he is going wrong, what he could try doing better, what should be his next move; but the outcome is disastrous, because the prospect has no clue what this spiritual soul mate is trying to say due to a very basic reason, he can not see this spiritual soul mate of yours and sometimes even if he is able to see, he is just not interested to get introduced to this soul mate of yours. This is when the spiritual soul mate rings his alarm loudly in your ears, it warns you not to go ahead with this prospect, because you are alone in this idea of love, as your prospect doesn’t care of you or your feelings! He does his role very sharply but the oblivious mind of ours is just not ready to accept the fact or see through what our closest mate is trying to tell us.

In the illusion of finally finding the spiritual soul mate in the human form we have completely forgotten whether the transformation has really happened or not; sometimes we are so smitten by the physical appearance of the prospect that we presume that this is the actual one!

Let’s introspect deeply, look into our soul and honestly ask ourselves; the spiritual soul mate will then get the chance to actually tell us the real answer what he always knows. Not only because he is our old imaginary buddy but he also has the power to see through that individual who also has the same spiritual soul within him and he is passionately waiting to merge these two soul mates!
